During the consultation, we will discuss your music career and where you stand legally. For example: Do you own your rights? Have you started your business? Do you have copyrights on all songs? Do you have performance contracts or band agreements in place? Have you filed a trademark and/or can you with your selected stage name?
We will also talk about the differences in being "signed" vs. "independent" in the age of social media and decentralized distribution.
